​Our Patented Slicing Process: Why It's Different
​At Precision Concrete Cutting, we don't grind concrete — we slice it. Our patented slicing process removes trip hazards by precisely cutting and leveling raised concrete sections, restoring a smooth, ADA-compliant surface without weakening the structural integrity of the sidewalk.
Traditional grinding methods scrape away the top layer of concrete, creating a rough surface that degrades faster and still may not meet ADA standards. Our slicing method produces a clean, level cut that lasts — and provides the documented compliance results that municipalities and property managers need.
The result: no concrete replacement, no jackhammers, no extended closures. Just fast, precise, ADA-compliant sidewalk repair that protects your property and the people who use it.

I began my career during the dot-com era when the world was fixated on high-tech startups and the digital world. I chose a different path—bringing innovation to the analog, very physical world of sidewalks. Our singular focus: to efficiently eliminate trip hazards and create safer, more accessible communities.

Our Leadership Team
Aaron Ollivier, CEO
Aaron Ollivier is the CEO and co-founder of Precision Concrete Cutting. Over more than 20 years, he has built PCC from a Utah-based operation into a nationwide franchise network serving municipalities, HOAs, universities, hospitals, and commercial properties across the United States and Canada.
Aaron leads company strategy, franchise development, and key municipal client relationships. He has been the driving force behind PCC's patented slicing process — the method that consistently delivers more precise ADA compliance outcomes than traditional concrete grinding, without the cost and disruption of full concrete replacement.
Derek Ollivier, CTO
Derek Ollivier is the Chief Technology Officer of Precision Concrete Cutting, a role he has held for over 11 years. Derek leads PCC's technology operations, including the company's GIS-based sidewalk data management platform — a system that allows municipalities and large property portfolios to map, track, and document their entire sidewalk network's compliance status.

His work ensures that every PCC project delivers more than a physical repair. Clients receive documented compliance records, GIS-mapped inventories, and before-and-after data suitable for ADA reporting, city council presentations, and long-term maintenance planning. Derek also oversees PCC's digital infrastructure and the technology systems that support its growing franchise network.
